We keep it simple and charge per user. Your bill is generated at the end of each month for the following month’s subscription. You can add users to your team at any time and charges will be prorated. Mosaic is available on an annual subscription plan.
+ Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No. Mosaic is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the time you’ve used the service and won’t be billed again. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated for any uncharged billing cycles as of the date of cancellation.
