+  What are the details of the pricing plans?

Lock in the introductory price for one year when signing up for a paid annual plan. Money back guarantee applies to the first 60 days when signing up for an annual subscription of Mosaic Unlimited.

+  How do I upgrade to the Unlimited Plan?

You need to be the Administrator of your Company's Mosaic account to upgrade. The administrator should click on their name in the top right corner and then click on the green ‘Upgrade’ button. You can select a monthly or annual subscription to the Mosaic Unlimited Plan. All major credit cards are accepted. Your subscription will be automatically renewed until a notice of cancellation is received. By purchasing you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

+  How is cost calculated?

We keep it simple and charge per user. Your credit card is automatically charged at the first of each month. Annual subscriptions can add users to your team at any time and charges will be prorated. If you remove team members, deactivating their access to your team, your plan will be automatically adjusted for the following month (next billing cycle), and you will only be charged for the number of members on your account. State and Local charges will be applied to fees charged to customers with a billing address in the State of New York.

+  Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. Mosaic is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you will be billed for the time you’ve used the service and won’t be billed again. Mid-month cancellations are not refunded. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated for any uncharged billing cycles (each month) as of the date of cancellation.

+  How is my data protected?

Protecting the data you trust to Mosaic is our first priority. The data in Mosaic is hosted in Amazon Secure Servers which uses physical and technical safeguards to preserve the security of your information. For more information regarding security visit Amazon AWS Security.
